I’m starting sports this year as a freshman, but I didn’t play in middle school because of an injury. Is this a good decision? (I’m planning to join the soccer team, by the way.)

  1. It’s great that you’re considering joining soccer in high school! Even if you didn’t play in middle school, starting now is definitely a good idea. Soccer can be a lot of fun, and it’s a great way to stay active, make new friends, and improve your skills. Just be sure to listen to your body and take care of any previous injuries. You might also want to talk to your coach about your injury history so they can help you ease into the sport safely. Enjoy your time on the field!
